At MegaFood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
